MEET CASSIA HATEM

Cassia  is a certified personal trainer,  group exercise, and aqua  instructor who has quite a following of clients at various country clubs and communities in Lee and Collier Counties.   Her love of helping people to reach their goals and her boundless energy makes her a favorite fitness instructor.  People have been taking her fun classes or taking charge of their health with her as their trainer for years!  

Cassia is experienced in training clients with arthritis, diabetes, hip and knee replacements, and other age related conditions.  She also has  created exercise programs designed to increase flexibility, musculature, and balance,  and to  promote proper movements for golf and tennis players.

Cassia is from Rio De Janeiro,  Brazil, and has lived here in Southwest Florida for over 20 years.   She is passionate about living life to the fullest and motivating others to enjoy their journey in a healthy and happy way.    She loves to create fun and meaningful moments for others.  Her Movin and Groovin classes have her special Brazilian flair!   Get ready to jump in and  shake your body with Cassia!  She is a joy to experience!
